This module adopts an integrated PIM topology, with rectifier, inverter, and braking circuits integrated within a single module, allowing direct AC-DC conversion, significantly reducing the number of peripheral components and wiring solder joints, simplifying system design, and increasing overall power density.

Optimized switching characteristics balancing efficiency and EMI: Equipped with a new generation IGBT chipset paired with soft recovery diodes, overall switching loss is low, switching waveforms are soft, effectively suppress EMI interference, and help simplify electromagnetic compatibility design.
Enhanced thermal management to handle harsh thermal cycling: built-in temperature detection device can monitor module operating temperature in real time, facilitating system over-temperature protection; The substrate uses high thermal conductivity ceramic copper-clad and paired with a low-void one-step welding process, which has lower thermal resistance compared to traditional solder layers and is less likely to crack or separate under thermal cycling. Excellent thermal reliability, with a high junction temperature design paired with a low thermal resistance structure, offering strong resistance to high temperatures and thermal fatigue, and can endure complex thermal cycling conditions such as frequent start-stop cycles and alternating high and low temperatures over the long term.
Optimized process adaptation to boost production efficiency: The module features a split independent pin structure, offering high assembly precision, stable contact resistance, and high compatibility with automated production lines, helping customers improve production efficiency and yield rates.
