Company Profile
Lonten Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in Xi'an on July 13, 2009. It is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and development, production, sales and service of new power semiconductor devices.
Lonten has always regarded technological innovation as the first driving force for enterprise development, and has applied for more than 400 independent intellectual property rights, and has accumulated many key technologies and characteristic processes in power semiconductor product development, chip design, production process, packaging and testing, etc., focusing on the research and development of efficient, reliable and safe power devices and cost-effective system solutions.
Lonten has formed seven product series, including high-voltage super junction MOSFET, IGBT and Module, SGT MOSFET, Trench MOSFET, Planar MOSFET, SIC JBS & MOSFET, which are widely used in automotive electronics, new energy power generation, energy storage, industrial and consumer electronics.
