Lonten's projects under construction were selected as provincial key construction projects in 2026

Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission officially released the list of provincial key construction projects in 2026, planning to implement 640 provincial key projects with an annual investment of more than ¥350 billion. Two projects under construction of Lonten Semiconductor Co., Ltd. were selected, supporting the good start of the province's "15th Five-Year Plan" with high-quality project construction. The two selected projects mark the leapfrog development of Lonten from "single point breakthrough" to "chain cluster" in the field of power semiconductors:
8-inch power semiconductor device manufacturing project: Focusing on the large-scale production of 8-inch high-end power semiconductor wafers, it is the core carrier of the company's transformation from Fabless to IDM. At present, the first phase of the project has been fully produced and sold, further enhancing the company's manufacturing capabilities in the field of power semiconductors and providing a solid guarantee for the implementation of technology.
IGBT module packaging and testing line construction project (phase I): Focus on the packaging and testing of IGBT power modules, opening up key links from wafer to application. After the completion of the project, it will complete the last piece of the puzzle of Lonten's full-chain layout, realizing a complete industrial chain closed loop from design, materials, manufacturing to packaging and testing.
At the technical level, Lonten Semiconductor continues to deepen its cultivation in the field of power devices. The company's self-developed G3 process super junction MOSFET has achieved a technological breakthrough in 5.5 μm cell spacing and 8.5 mΩ·cm² specific on-resistance. In terms of automotive-grade applications, Lonten has passed IATF 16949 quality management system certification and AEC-Q101 reliability certification, fulfilling its technical promise with high quality and providing reliable support for downstream applications such as new energy vehicles.
As the "chain master" enterprise of the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry chain in Shaanxi Province, Lonten Semiconductor will take this selection as an opportunity to continue to deepen the independent layout of the whole chain and accelerate the construction of the project. In the context of Shaanxi's promotion of the leap from a "manufacturing province" to a "strong manufacturing province", Lonten will continue to play a leading role as the main chain enterprise, help Shaanxi build an emerging pillar industry, and contribute to power semiconductor industry.
