With the increasing demand for high-efficiency, compact power systems, traditional planar MOSFETs have become increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of high voltage and low loss. The ultra-high voltage 950V super junction SJ MOS platform independently developed by Lonten Semiconductor adopts advanced multi-epitaxial structure design, which effectively reduces the parasitic capacitance inside the device and further optimizes the energy loss in the switching process on the basis of ensuring high withstand voltage. Compared with the traditional PN junction structure, this new structure can effectively reduce the leakage current, improve the thermal stability and electric field resistance of the device, and ensure the reliability under high-voltage conditions. It meets the needs of high-voltage and medium-power fields such as LED lighting power supplies, adapters, module power supplies, and horticultural lighting power supplies.
